Speed Car Wash, San Diego

They refused to honor the Groupon for a 3 car wash pass. They wanted me to use all three car washes prior to the expiration date. The owner was rude and dismissive. I finally convinced him to upgrade my wash and they did a sub-par job. I would not return.

Been there five times on groupon, two stains on the inside of my door were never cleaned. They don't ask if I need air freshener even though it should be part of the package, and half the time they forget to spray air freshener even after I requested for it. Sometimes I see obvious water stains that's not wiped down completely inside my car.

There was very little communication when I went there for the service. In fact I sat in the waiting room for a long time before I decided to go out looking for a clerk of some kind! When I got my car back it was not washed very well. There were visible and obvious spots on the hood. No vacumming was done in the cup holder. Only the most obvious surfaces were wiped down and not even that well. I realize this is not a detail job but it was not done with any care and the lack of customer care....I will not be going back after my groupon vouchers are used up.

They did not do a good job cleaning the inside of my car. The package I purchsed included inside cleaning and that was not done.
