Travis arrived as scheduled and called beforehand to let me know he was on his way. He was respectful of my house and worked diligently on my carpets. He did a great job..

Used Steamco services twice in the past with thoroughly cleaned the 2 rooms. The same tech, Travis, for all those service. This time he took 6 minutes to clean the same 2 rooms that took 15-30min in the past. After 6 hours with 3 fans in the bedroom, carpet still not as dry as it should be, wet not damp surface as it was in the past. Wish he would slow down to let the equipment remove more water out from the .carpet .
