George's Fish Bucket, San Diego

Fifteen years ago, Chef George graduated from the San Diego Culinary Institute and immediately unleashed his formal cooking skills on favorite family recipes. Today, he and his wife Julie Lopez—daughter of the restaurant’s former owner David Agosto—outfit the Bucket with just-caught salmon, ahi tuna, and oysters. In the kitchen, Chef George prepares dishes such as fish tacos, tilapia po'boys, and plates of the day's catch, all reflecting his own individuality as a chef and a catfish juggler.
