What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Two weight training rooms- Cardio Floor (Treadmills, Elliptical's, StairMasters & Recumbent bikes 2 Fitness Classrooms, Indoor & Outdoor stretching areas, Clean locker rooms with private computerized lockers, Outside training area with industrial sized tires and basketball hoop.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have over 30 classes a week to choose from, and the best part, all fitness levels are welcome. We have a team of warm and friendly instructors who will keep you excited and engaged at your own pace and comfort level.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We didn't like the Corporate feel so we wont treat you like one. Our locally owned and operated facility boast with natural sun light and ocean breeze which makes everyone feel like family and part of the community

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing how our knowledge can change a person life for the better. Whether it be for health reasons, training, strength conditioning, flexibility or sports related.
