I went in Monday January 19 at about 6pm. I stood at the counter for about 6 minutes. Someone finally came to the counter. But the dude had a serious attitude. Like he was bugged that I was there. i asked what his fav drink was and he said "nothing"

Twice we have waited 20 minutes for them to open. Sign and yelp says 10:00 am. They walked in at 10:20. We had to wait additional 10 minutes for her to get settled in. Not good for business 3 other potential customers walked out on one of the times.

Hard to find/out of the way spot, so you kind of have to look for the coffee/espresso signs. The horse statue for the wine place next door kind of acts as a sign post too...
