Dr Neumann was a pleasure and professional at the same time. She understood what my concerns were and explained the threading procedure. During the procedure, she walked me through what was happening and was concerned about my pain tolerance which by the way wasn’t as bad as I expected.

I was nervous and she was wonderful at making me feel at ease. I purchased 30 units and was a little disappointed at the results. I think I need to try 40 next time . My friends and family didn't notice much of a difference other than I looked well rested. I may just be one of those few that Botox doesn't seem to affect .
