They charge a considerablely higher rate for service when it is purchased with a groupon than a regular service without groupon. So if you purchased a groupon, it is really not that much of savings. I had both quarter valve/shut off valve replaced The plumber JB only replaced one line with new one. He didn't have another piece on him so I told him he cold come back in the future and replace it but never showed up again.
