Completely Unprofessional and untrustworthy. Booked a time for carpet cleaning. Cleaner did not show up during the window of time. I called repeatedly but zero communication from them. When they finally did respond hours after, there was no apology, no explanation, just a text to ask if I wanted to reschedule. I understand things happen but the way they handled it was so unprofessional that I am honestly surprised they are still in business. Had to go thru the wringer with Groupon to ask for a refund and still don’t have one. So now I’m out the $$ I paid and have not had my carpets cleaned. Find a reputable business and skip this one
