Really hard to find a day when they had all of the appointments available. It was a carefully mapped out day and I took a weekday off work to make it happen. I arrived and the person was on the phone, then took another call, so my massage started late. The massage was fine, not great, but it's always nice to get a massage. I was cold on the table so looking forward to a sauna after. I was told the wrong times for my following appointments so rushed and then was waiting and waiting and no one was at the desk to get the correct times, then my two later appointments ran late so I was there most of the day, did not have lunch because of being told incorrect times to be in a robe waiting in the other room, and did not have a relaxing experience. Because there is no carpeting, you hear everything-- staff having lunch, people coming and going in the hallways, the elevator music, etc. NOT relaxing, unfortunately. My fav part was the mani/pedi. I could not relax during the facial because I kept hearing people talking in the hallway and other noise. Bummer!

Although Dennis gives a great massage and really the only reason to go to this SPA. The facilities are awful from broken lockers and NO hot water in the shower today.

Wish I had more time to book the appointment as my groupon was expiring on me but they were more than accommodating on getting me in. Relaxing, love the experience! Will be back!
