Have been to two classes so far and have really enjoyed both. Both classes were with Topher who is super welcoming and seems really passionate about personal training and proper body mechanics. Facilities are very clean and extra precautions are in place due to the corona virus. Looking forward to trying out a boxing class as well. Be ready for a good workout though, you WILL leave sweaty! 💪👍
