One of my go-to restaurants when I'm in San Francisco. The only downside is that they really frown when you show them the Groupon when you arrive.

Second time at this awesomely located restaurant. Love the setup and layout. And all the food is exceptional! Host/owner was super pleasant as we greeted him at the door, he inquired about the birthday celebrant. My friend and I shared everything by ordering our own little prix fixed menu, food was all on point! Bussers were very courteous as well. However, I’m not sure if it was me or the fact that I was using a Groupon or what but our server was certainly not at the same level as the rest of the staff - just very pointed, lacking basic customer service empathy “I need to see your groupon. I need the code.” I used the link in my email that took me to app so of course it took a moment and I let him know that, his response “I don’t know. People give me their code, I write it down because I need to process the payment and that’s it *shrug*” The whole technical process took less than 5 minutes but damn if his behavior didn’t reflect a much more dramatic scenario. As a former f&b server I still tipped 20% on the full amount plus the covid surcharge (2.50/person). Wish I could’ve given a 5 star review because everything was great up until the point of payment.

Salmon was moist and delicious, Fish stew was chock full seafood which was very fresh tomatoes in salad were ripe and dressed properly. Service was excellent as always. This is truly a neighborhood gem.
