It then casts its capsaicin spell on sweet dishes, like the house specialty green chile apple pie, and savory plates, like veggie green chile stew. Red chiles also make their way into a variety of sweet and savory pies, both handheld and plated, as well as sandwiches, salads, and house-made drinks.
