About Course for Adult Children of Alcoholics

Workshop for adult children of alcoholics (ACOAs) is the only online workshop in the world built to helps ACOAs. Created by clinical psychologist, coach and author of the book Misery to MASTERY: Straight Talking Facts and Worksheets to Conquer Symptoms of Being an Adult Child of an Alcoholic! Dr. Sofya Vasilyeva.

Dr. Sofya created this course based on personal life experience, clinical experience, and recent research. This course is created based on Sofya's training in depth psychology, empirically tested CBT approaches and personal experience.

Dr. Sofya works with people individually by offering one on one coaching online - she is able to provide services to English speakers worldwide. Her approach is a mix of relational psychodynamic and CBT as well as somatic work depending on individual needs and decided upon goals.
