He does a great job with hair color!

The job was done in two parts 30 days apart. The first time I arrived to my appointment on time. I was told that it would be just a few minutes for him to take me. It took about 40 min. In the meantime, he put me under the heater with a "conditioner" which dripped all over my bra all over my waist. I then asked for a towel to wrap around my neck. When it got to the time to cut my hair, he just trimmed over the upper back of my neck and said that I should come back in a month to complete the cut to give it the "desired" cut. I went back yesterday. I asked for a graduated Bob, it is not nearly that. I am a middle-age woman who has had the same cut for more than 30 years and I know what a graduated Bob is. I've have had better hair cuts serving as a model without having to pay a penny. The feedback I received from family members and co-workers was "well, the good thing about it is that your hair grows fast, it can be fixed in a couple of months". P.S. The day of the first visit was the first day of my 3-week vacation during which I had a few events to attend, but I had to wait for a new haircut over three weeks.
