Great workout with new techniques and great instructor Katie. Feels great, loved it, a must try for all levels. I’m a beginner and felt very comfortable with the instructor. So motivated to keep at it.

I had done martial arts in the past but never tried boxing, the experience at Empower is amazing, not only i am learning great techniques but gets my cardio going and in two week i am already noticing greater endurance and power in the punches. It also works on your core making for a very complete workout. I am seriously loving it.
