George is a fantastic personal trainer! He is present, friendly, punctual, a great communicator, always prepared, and he is a real PRO! The exercises he gives and the adjustments he makes (sometimes tiny) are just incredibly effective. I love that the classes are outdoors. The nature in the Presidio is gorgeous. I started with several Groupon sessions and then decided to continue. It’s one of my best decisions ever :) I noticed improvements in my shape and well-being already after several weeks and things keep getting better :) I keep recommending to all my friends to invest in their well-being, create an accountability structure, and try working out with a personal trainer. George is perfect for that!
