They cancelled my tour and I could not use my Groupon for another one because I used the code to sign up the first time. Disappointing because I really wanted to do this and paid for nothing.

I repeatedly had to reschedule my tour due to low turnout. The tour was ultimately discontinued before I could reschedule again.

Don't waste your money. I tried scheduling the Coffee Tour, which was the one I wanted to do, for several months and it was canceled and rescheduled every time. Finally asked for a refund and Groupon wouldn't refund because it was outside their window and "used", and Best Tours gave me the run-around saying I had to go through Groupon because they can't refund my card. No tour, no refund.

At the start of the tour, ask your guide if s/he confirmed with all the places you will go to. Only 3 of 7 places were opened. So disappointing! In fairness to the guide (who was late), just the week before, he did go to 2 of the places that were closed the week he took us.
