Started off right outside the entrance to drink champagne with fruit, chocolate and chips. View was of staff eating in the hallway, other businesses down the “hall” and the stairway you came down to reach the little hole in the wall “massage” room. After you’re done eating/drinking, you have to let staff know so they can bring you to the back which is only a few steps from the entrance. The couple massage room is divided by a thin cloth. There is a long landscape mirror Along the room wall so you can see other people on the other side of the thin cloth. Tables do not have the usual headrest to facedown. The masseuse seemed inexperienced and 2 ladies switched between my husband and I during our session. One had soft hands with no pressure and the other felt very rough. Wasn’t a pleasant experience. The facial felt greasy and the lady rubbed ointments all over my face without removing my makeup. We left tense, greasy, felt dirty and uncomfortable. Would not recommend or return.

I was there early, but they made me wait and the started my appointment 20 mins late, but only extended the appointment by 10 mins, meaning that they did not give me 10 minutes of the experience I paid for. The space was very noisy as there were only curtains between each guest and I could either other guests talking loudly during my massage. The massage and facial itself was rushed and not done well. At the end, the staff kept trying to force me to leave a tip, despite the fact that they didn’t even give me the length of the experience I paid for. Would not go again.

Excellent deep tissue massage and the lady massage therapists was very experienced with great pressure / technique! I was so relaxed after floated home
