The staff was welcoming and helpful, so 2 stars for that. BUT there was no hot water for showers, (how do you not have hot water at a float establishment?!) so I had to leave covered in Epsom salts from head to toe--luckily I had no place I had to be afterward. While I recognize this obviously has not been an issue for Zazen up to now (otherwise it would have been taken care of by now), but I didn't like that there was no place for me to lock up my valuables while I floated for an hour.

Took Groupon, closed their doors 2 days before I could redeem a purchased groupon. They indirectly blamed Groupon for their demise. Groupon customer service refused to pull their ads for purchase even after they were reported closed.

Everything was clean and I love the older style float tanks compared to the new capsule types lots of places use.

This place needs a makeover. Perhaps it was clean, but showers were rusty and dingy. I got the worst head cold after because the float water was not warm enough. Staff is kind and lovely.

The sauna is right next to the shower and the space between is tighter than an airplane restroom. It makes getting changed very uncomfortable.

The people there are very friendly and helpful. The facility is nice, but is no way to lock up your stuff when you float. lots of street parking. I liked it!

While I was really hoping to do the sensory deprivation pod, it was in service and so I had to redeem a massage, which was not a bad alternative at all. Her name was Jen and she was attentive, warm and it was a soothing experience. Would recommend to anyone wanting a great 60 min service. Great vibes in the space too.

It was a good experience. The staff were very friendly. Just a tip: don't get the water in your eyes!

Serene, digital-free (phones off, unplugged) ambience. Accommodating, pleasant staff. Towels unfortunately were a little musty-smelling on both of my two visits thus far, but this is a singular, easily-accessible float experience in the city.
