Public drop-off locations and secure lockers in more than 900 area apartment and office buildings allow customers to safely stow their clothing and place orders via their Android or iPhone app. Drivers then retrieve the bundles and deliver them to a 10,000-square-foot facility where eco-friendly, high-efficiency technologies infuse dry-cleaning and washing services. Then, as quick as the next day, the attendants return the garments to the drop-off location and notify the customer. And these cleaners don't limit themselves to linens alone: the staff can restore shoes' shine by applying two coats of lotion or dipping them in molten silver.
