Lisa and David did a wonderful job with my hair! Smooth and straight! The salon is cheerful and clean, nice atmosphere.

While I'm happy with the haircut I received, the process of making the appointment and my initial welcome at the salon was disappointing. When I made the appointment I left a phone message but was then engaged in a text conversation (would have preferred a call back). She wanted my Groupon voucher number but I was hesitant to give that until the service was rendered. It states directly on the Groupon site not to mark the voucher used in advance. The tone was a subtle okay. The day of the appointment I was asked to come 2.5 hours later than planned. Luckily I was able to make that work. Upon arrival I was immediately asked for my Groupon (before barely receiving a hello) and then she tugged on my wavy hair and was told I know owe an additional $20 since my hair was considered medium length. My hair wasn't that long and never in my life have I been charged an additional fee for a haircut. The gentleman who gave me my deep conditioning treatment, haircut & blow dry did a good job and I would have gladly tipped him, but Lisa (I assume it's her name on the salon) took the last bit of cash I had in my pocket that I was planning to use for a tip. I hope if she reads this she gives the cash to him. There are plenty of other salons out there, so I unfortunately I doubt I'll ever return.
