the overall experience was very good. However, most employees in Pier39 don't know about this groupon offer. First, you have to start by redeeming your voucher from the flyer and get the booklet. Kids are not free. some attractions are not free even for 2 or 3 years old. make sure to purchase a child ticket if you have a kid.

To redeem the Groupon voucher you need to go to The Flyer San Francisco to get the Pier 39 booklet, not the blue & Gold Fleet ticker box counter as per Groupon instruction. The Pier 38 booklet contains tickets to the attractions. We got the run around and finally got the booklet from the flyer San Francisco.
