We went for dinner and then the kitchen was closed! No sign, no message on the machine, no nothing!

Opened 1/2 hour late as warned by paper taped to door. Staff had not arrived by opening at 5 PM. The physical set-up, ambiance is superior - many settings from which to choose, including outside. The tuna appetizer was excellent. Ribs the worst I've experienced, dry, tough, probably left from the day before. Service very friendly but slow; they were laid back, not on the ball. Server didn't know what deserts were available and didn't return when we asked. We had to to inside to request our bill. We won't return but I recommended here because Scotland Yard has great promise. I don't choose to inhibit that by marking no-recommendation. Top rating is within reach.

I printed the coupon and provided it to our server and he still charged us for the full amount. Then they made it very difficult to get the price adjustment. We had to go back to the restaurant, at which point they finally refunded us and charged us for the correct amount.

Very good
