I was surprised at the creative menu options in this rather hip, yet family-friendly, sushi restaurant. Ask about their $2 sashimi specials! The chefs do know their stuff, too. I've been a sushi-lover since the 1980s, all over the world. I know what I like.

Nice decor, good service, but food selections are either outstanding or below average. Presentation and plating are nice, menu is large/diverse, but somehow overall I'm on the fence. Tried on three separate occasions to go but couldn't find parking.

Age Ebi-Yaki had exceptional taste vs. texture and the grilled squid appetizer was just okay. Hama Hama was deliciously smooth, X Factor was unique was the scallop vs. bonito flake contrast and last but not least the Crazy Crazy maki roll's were unreal. Good ambience & decorum had sophisticated lighting with cool objects. Solid B+ and will be back for a date night! #KeepCalmAndGroupon
