Their setup is terrible. I would love to rate the studio and for all I know their teacher/s are wonderful but for that I would actually need to manage to book a class. something that I've been trying to do for 5 days now. I hate giving a negative review to a small business but if you don't have the ability to offer a groupon don't offer it! terrible customer service. All communication done in text and couldn't even bother to provide proper instructions for booking online. When I asked for help they person texting me was extremly rude.

You need to call ahead to RSVP for the class that you choose. If they don't have enough people they may cancel a class, on the other hand if they have too many people they won't be able to accommodate you because the space is a little small. Check out their website for the full schedule and a phone number to contact them at. I've been twice and have really enjoyed it. They combine cardio with core strengthening. I really enjoyed Lindsay's class (I believe she normally teaches in the evening) my legs were on fire!
