Front staff very courteous and welcoming. Explained the process well. Nurse and Dr. both are excellent.

They are fast on everything, from picking up my phone call to schedule an appointment date. During the treatment, they do everything on time. You know often times, you wait for long time in clinic before doctor see you for all possible reasons. But doctor doesn't wear special 👓(forgotten the name) during cleaning my teeth, wish he'll wear it soon, since most dentist wear it.

Very straight forward to redeem this Groupon, the front desk ladies were courteous and efficient to assist me with the appointment using Groupon. No hassle, no fuss. The actual appointment was on time, the Dental assistant took care of the X-rays and teeth polishing after cleaning. Dr Jou himself performed the examination and teeth cleaning. He is professional and genuinely interested to help to improve your teeth health. Great work and comfortable. He also gave me some suggestions to keep my teeth healthy. I highly recommend Dr Jou and his office. I was in business around the hood. I wish I could have such a dentist around where I live.
