They did not dust and wipe down picture frames and windows like they said they would.

Three housekeepers came, all very nice. Kitchen did need more attn than bthrms & upon closer inspection (took pics/tip of $30/should have checked first) of all areas that was given "basic" cleaning attn, UNACCEPTABLE FOR PROF SERVICE, WOULD NOT USE.

The worst cleaning service that I hv had. Firstly, I was shocked to hear from them that it will be only a 90mt session with only 2people. After some talking, they agreed for a 15mt extra time. Two girls came. One of them started working on master bath and she took an hour to clean it! The other one started with the second bathroom and after that she went on to clean kitchen. She ended up not cleaning the oven, stove top still had lot of dust, she couldn't clean the hood as she was not tall enough, she just ran her vacuum through my wooden floors and ended up damaging my hardwood floors(scratches and chipping) and mopped them(after wetness was gone I could see LOT of dust still on the floors)
