Since 2008, Fuze Fit For a Kid's has offered noncompetitive camps, lessons, and parties that mix and match activities such as sports conditioning, yoga, martial arts, and dance classes. There's a lot of laughter between the facility's walls, some of which are studded with stones that welcome the grip of aspiring rock climbers. But Fuze isn't just about having fun. Its physical activities are also designed to help bolster motor skills, improve overall strength, and increase self-esteem. And, for extra fitness, a team of PCA-certified coaches builds on these sports activities with traditional strength-building plyometric and resistance activities.
