The place is very clean and zumba classes are awesome. I wish they have it on all 4 days.so energetic. Kathy is very friendly and kick boxing is very good

KB the owner gave me a personal one on one introduction to pilates reformer basics. She is so sweet and very encouraging . It was my first time and i loved it. i could really feel my muscles burning. i could see why people who try KB fitness get addicted to coming here.
