They should engage more with the client. It feels uncomfortable when they speak in Vietnamese and you're the one who is trying to make a conversation.

I had two people working on me at once -- trying to rush me in and out. It was not a relaxing experience. I was in and out in 20 minutes. One lady asked my manicurist if she was going to give me a hot stone massage, the manicurist said that she is not going to give me a hot stone massage because I am using a "coupon." The ladies spoke their own language, they did not know I speak the same language. I like my nails rounded, my nails are squared. My manicurist did a poor job with cutting my cuticles. I have to cut/fix my cuticles when I got home. The polished was on numerous parts of my skin. The corners of my nails did not have polish on them. The area at the bottom of my nails near my cuticles were not fully painted. There were gaps between my cuticles on my hands. The other two customer received water while they were getting their nails done, I was not offered water. The manicurist did not talk to me or ask about my day. They spoke to each other about me in their native language. Little did they know I speak the same language. I received poor customer service and would not recommend this salon to anyone. Please refund me the amount I paid for this offer. It is groupon's great customer service that keeps me coming back. Thank you!

Lynna was amazing, providing a very clean and well appointed shop. Very friendly staff, quality work, and fast too. The best Shellac I have had in a long time! Thanks La Belle Nails Spa. I recommend the facial, which I added once I spent a little time in the shop. Very nice day!
