the large screen tvs that are there for viewing should be HD and they are not.

Didn't care for the food. Asked for some extra pico de gallo and was charged an extra $1.75 without notifying me.

I've been there 3 times, twice for brunch on the weekend and once for dinner. Brunch is basically inedible, cold toast, undercooked potatoes. Service was terrible. Like horrible. People were nice enough, when you could actually get someone to help you. We gave it a second try for brunch thinking maybe the first time was just a bad day, but no. It was just as bad. Dinner was definitely better. Food was ok, not great, but ok. Our waiter was quite nice and service was more consistent than in the morning. But given we've had 2 awful experiences and one decent but not great one, we aren't going to go back.

You have a hard working group of people there. I appreciate the effort that they put into their jobs. I'll be going to La Piñata again. The people working for you represent your restaurants around the Bay Area quite well.
