The office is very difficult to find as there is no signage. An awning with the address is the only marking and it is squeezed between two establishments on a busy, narrow street. The parking is so bad that the RN was late for my appointment (she couldn’t find a parking spot). She did apologize twice. There are many other nice spas to do business with. The receptionist was genuinely upbeat.

You will not be disappointed! Sara the owner is amazing. She is such a sweetheart, very knowledgeable and professional. She answered all my questions. Although I have had hair removal done in the past, not here, her updated equipment made it much better and faster. I also purchased a series of Thermavi, most amazing treatment ever, have completed 2. If you are even thinking about it, talk with her. She will explain how it works and what it does. I am so lucky that I found her. I will not go anywhere else for my "woman" stuff.
