Hi, thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify the situation for transparency. When you arrived, your eyebrows already had a previous tattoo that had turned blue and the old pigment was still very strong. I explained from the beginning that with existing saturated pigment, I would not be able to change the shape or create perfectly even brows, and the color retention might also be limited. We also send a consent form before appointments requesting photos of the current brows so we can evaluate the case ahead of time. Unfortunately, the form and photos were not submitted until about 10 minutes before the appointment. After discussing the limitations, you mentioned that you still wanted to proceed and understood the possible outcome. I did my best to work with the existing shape and pigment under those conditions. My goal is always to be honest with clients about what is realistically achievable and to provide the best possible result based on the starting condition of the brows.
