Prolago Hand Car Wash, San Jose

I'm generally a very forgiving and understanding customer who gives the benefit of the doubt and allows business to make right on crappy services. However, my recommendation is to look elsewhere if your value your hard earned money and your car and if you expect a business to conduct their services with integrity and professionalism. Prolago should be ashamed to call themselves a professional auto detailer. Their Groupon discounted "$300" detail (plus $45 for larger vehicles) left the exterior of my car no cleaner than a drive through car wash. Dropped car off at 8:15am and was called 9:45am that the full detail was completed on my large vehicle. Too good to be true? Yes!!!! After a supposed wash, clay bar, wax and polish my front bumper, grill and wheels look like they barely got sprayed with water. This is not an exaggeration. The interior was left smelling like dirty water (not a fresh clean smell), my headliner is now stained with dirt rings and the color darker than before, and they carelessly applied vinyl protectant all over everything (my infotainment screen, door handles, shift knob, etc.) and didn't even wipe the residue off. Purchase at your own risk.

The car looks fantastic! They told me how long it would take and they were accurate.

My 2018 Audi looks like new, inside and out. In addition to the usual detailing (shiny wax, rims, leather seats, windows, and tires), they washed all the mats and carpets, and put the mats in the trunk. I hung them out in the sun to dry when I got home. Excellent job done while I waited. Definitely going back!

I gave this as a gift and I was told that they did not thoroughly clean the inside the vehicle. There was dog fur still there, dust and a lot of missed spots, no window cleaning either. Please do not waste your money here. I will never recommend this place or bring my vehicle.
