Reception staff in the driveway didn't know about the promotion and said to check inside; the group on offer didn't align with any of the services offered. We were close to the expiration date and the cashier insisted that it had expired, until she saw the print-out. Afterward the car looked OK but not great.

This place sucks, they didn't even clean my front car and remove all the wax. Service sucks and the fat general manager didn't care. Never ever go here again!!
