The ambiance in the room could be upgraded a bit (i.e. dimmer lighting, eye masks, etc). Also, I prefer less talking during a massage so that I can fully relax. My therapist kept asking me questions and making small talk during my massage. Otherwise, I had a good experience overall.

My message therapist, Crystal, was knowledgeable and friendly! She worked on my problem areas and showed me various stretches I could do to alleviate tension. I recommend this for anyone looking to have problem areas worked, as well as those who may be new to massages.
