They never gave us our pictures and claimed since they changed their system, they were unable to find our photos. I never got anything from them, when you call, it is a complete run around

My groupon had expired which is totally my fault but they still charged a sitting fee even though there was a code to use to eliminate it and the groupon even said no sitting fee. It was overall a very expensive experience. But they took nice pictures.
