I received excellent service. While my car got smogged, I sat in shaded area on leather couch. Trejos took less than 15 minutes to perform a Star smog test on my car. Great fine for me.

Complete rip off with increased pricing when we arrived. I bought the Groupon which should have covered the smog check, with an additional $10.00 price to be paid for the CA smog certificate fee. When we got there, the guy said it was an additional $15 since it is a Star certified smog center. I challenged that and said the certificate fee is only $10.00 and no where does it say it's an additional charge to being a Star certified center. When they were done with the smog check (which went smoothly), I challenged the $15 additional fee and he told me I was lucky I wasn't paying $65 which is their regular price. So three lies to get you to turn over more money -- lie #1: "it cost more since we they are a Star Certified station" (not true as independent stations set their own pricing) Lie #2: "in Groupon terms it states specifically there is an additional fee" (no such verbiage, only reference to $10 smog certification fee) Lie #3: "lucky you didn't have to pay $65 which is our regular price" (if they didn't want to offer a discounted price, then don't list your services on Groupon!) I know it's only $5.00 over, but it's the principle of the matter. Don't lie and steal from customers by making up stuff.
