Classes are a fun and creative way to gain strength and flexibility in a supportive and fun environment. Classes are great for beginners. No experience necessary. Adult and Youth classes available.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? _Students are constantly building confidence on the silks and are continuously learning new skills and improving past skills. _

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? _Aerial silks has been my passion ever since I discovered it 8 years ago. I love being able to teach others not only the skills I have learned, but also share the love for the unique art form with my students. _

What do you love most about your job? _Seeing students conquer their fears and achieve things that they never though possible for themselves. _
