Upcharge items 100-150% value, +$75 (even with Groupon) for extra qt oil & change in viscosity. Vague explanations for random charges, 2.5h work slow day. I didn't see any benefit or discount really.

This Groupon was used by my partner. First appointment that we made was not honored, as they claimed that the technology that allowed them to take Groupon vouchers was down. The second appointment was completed successfully, but not without incident. They first asked for a Groupon redemption number, which of course, was already on the voucher, but the agent insisted the numbers were normally longer. He eventually tried the voucher number and it worked. Was charged $21.60, which is WAY MORE than I've ever been charged with a Groupon oil change voucher. Normally, I pay about 2 to 3 dollars for taxes or disposal fees. Still not entirely sure why this amount was charged, as my partner never asked.

It's a ripoff. My car takes 6 quarts of oil, so they charged me $29 for the extra quart. Then, they forgot to do the tire rotation, so I had to come back there to get that done.
