Here's the scoop on how Creamistry keeps its frozen treats so fresh and creamy: the ice cream doesn't even exist before the customer places an order. The staff here doesn't scoop out cookies 'n' cream, vanilla, or chocolate from a large tub, but instead creates all of their ice cream by mixing bases, flavors, and mix-ins and flash-freezing them using pure liquid nitrogen.

What emerges from the clouds of vapor depends on the customer's palate. The menu includes five bases (Premium, Organic, Greek Yogurt, Non-Dairy Sorbet, and Vegan Coconut) and more than 70 flavors and toppings to choose from, offering endless combinations.
