This is the second time I come here and I had a wonderful experience both times. The service was excellent, and my scalp and hair feel so clean and refreshed. Joanne was very kind, professional, and helpful throughout the process, which made the visit even better. Overall, such a great experience. Definitely recommend!

Disappointed. Tech was nice but didn’t seemed professionally trained. Cold water to entire time, pretty cold laying in chair which made it not relaxing. You lay in a massage chair - at end before I got up, Tech had me sit up which was uncomfortable on the lay down chair, so she could massage shoulders, felt like it was forgotten and fitting it in..massage felt like my teenager was doing it ( not great), no massage on arms like listing. Wished I would have saved my money and time, as I drive 40 min to get there…glad I didn’t buy as a bday gift for a loved one. There was no insight or camera on my scalp to pinpoint scalp health as previous review showed on google reviews. The products were so toxic smelling that I had to wash twice when I got home but sadly the smell hasn’t disappeared. There is a sheet mask placed on face and eyes covered. Tech placed way too much mint essential oil on neck, ears and around face. Made my eyes water and mint essential oil needs to have an oil carrier so it doesn’t burn skin, no carrier oil was used- little goes a long way but used way too much, to close to eyes. Wanted to love it but lacking in too many areas.
