I had to call multiple times to get through to schedule, but once I did the experience was great from there. Very happy with the haircut, the layering looks fantastic!

I asked her to trim for 1 inch off the bottom and layer only the front. She took 5 inches off AND layered all my hair, even after I explained I grow my hair out to donate to Wigs for Kids. She obviously does not listen to her clients.

Haircut was fine if inpersonal. Mellie was watching TV while cutting my hair, at least nothing bad happened. Took over a month and many phone calls and text before I could even get an appointment and I don't work and was super flexible. Imagine if I have a busy schedule, would be super frustrating.
