They checked us in early but then asked us to leave the room because they were doing maintenance there. ALso, the people next to our room were extremely loud the entire night. Some of us complained but the problema did not get solved. Finally, there were cockroaches in the room. I told the front desk and minutes later the lady and I saw a cockroach right in front of her in he lobby. There was no apology from them.

Let me start by saying this is no longer Catalina Canyon. It is now Holiday Inn and the room was fantastic only. Glass tile wood everywhere great hotel

Very bad service. Rooms are dirty and bathrooms in public areas were out of service.
