Dance studio that provides fun, dance, fitness and cardio for the whole family. With variety of classes that meets the needs of all individuals from children to seniors, including guest with special needs.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All of our walls are filled with motivational phrases. We meet with guest to plan obtainable weekly and monthly goals. We create dances that are targeted to results in various problem areas.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We saw a need for health and wellness in our community through education, fitness, and dance.

What do you love most about your job?
Knowing that our guest are happy, improving, and meeting their individual goals.
