Brent was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I feel like I definitely got my moneys worth and I was educated about air purification experience if I ever want them, but there was no sales pressure at all. They even threw in a complementary microbial test for my vents.

Got a great deal on Groupon. The staff were on time, efficient and did an excellent job. They recommended some additional services that I could not afford right now, but they didn't try to high pressure me.

I want to share my experience for anyone booking this service through Groupon, especially if you’re a first-time homeowner or unfamiliar with your HVAC setup. The technician who came out was excellent. He was professional, kind, on time, and very thorough. He walked me through the condition of my system and pointed out several issues I genuinely had no idea existed. I also didn’t realize they would be evaluating my entire HVAC system as part of the visit, which was unexpected but informative. That said, the Groupon can be extremely misleading if you’re not aware of what your home’s system includes. I went in expecting the service to be close to the advertised Groupon cost, but once the tech assessed everything, the necessary add-ons brought the total much higher. In my case, the cost ended up more than $600, even with the Groupon. And this was even after I declined other recommended services. I don’t fault the technician at all, as he did his job well and was honest about what needed attention. But I do think the company could do a much better job of setting expectations upfront. Even a quick explanation before the appointment, especially for first-time duct cleaning customers, that the technician will evaluate the system and may recommend additional services (with potential associated costs) would prevent a lot of sticker shock. Overall, the work quality was solid, and the tech was great. I recommend going in prepared for the fact that the Groupon price might only cover a small portion of the final cost, particularly if you’re unfamiliar with your HVAC system or have a more complex setup.
