I sat in the waiting area for 10 minutes waiting for the instructor to acknowledge me even though he noticed me. After I walked over to get his attention he finally got me set-up. Staff was not warm, welcoming, or helpful to me when working out. I will not be returning Ozone Fit is a much better option!!!
