Étude: A composition built for it's technical motive and played for it's artistic value. A body in motion truly is a work of art and we want to encourage people to get up and move. All skill levels of fitness will be able to enjoy or classes.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Being healthy is a lifestyle. By encouraging a routine of being active instead of quick weight loss to retain our clients goals and achievements.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The love of living an active healthy lifestyle is what motivates us everyday. We want to spread the knowledge and enjoyment that we get out of what we do with others.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing other people get excited about being active. Having people come up to me the next day saying, " I'm so sore! But I love it!"

Jordan & Nicole are great. The studio is beautiful with great energy. They do a great job of mixing up workouts so you're not doing the same things every week.

This place is amazing. I've taken two different classes now, and both were so much fun. We worked hard, and the time went by so fast I was almost bummed when we were already finished. Plus my Fitbit told me I blasted a ton of calories (and my legs told me the next day how hard I had worked). This place is such a gem!
