I enjoy doing business with Eko Fresh Cleaning. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and do a great job. Prices are good and workers show up on time.

April 2024, I hired Eko to perform a chimney cleaning and inspection, which I purchased from Groupon. My experience with Eko has been mixed. I appreciate Melanie and the communication in setting up the appointment. She is truly a great ambassador to the operation. At my home, I was greeted at my front door by Javier who was teamed with Antonio and Estella who were all very pleasant and respectful of my home. They were extremely punctual, on a Saturday morning, which I loved. The actual cleaning of my chimney was very brief. Antonio performed the cleaning, but I was a little dismayed by the two personal calls he took while I was standing there observing the cleaning process. As this is my first chimney, I had no idea what to expect. However, the cleaning process and inspection Groupon was brief and ended after the cleaning. When I asked about the inspection, I was told that no one spoke English. In my best broken Spanish, I asked again about the inspection. There was virtually no inspection. They didn't bring a ladder to inspect the roof portion of the chimney. Maybe the Groupon should simply state a chimney cleaning. I was hoping to gain some insight on the use, care and status of my chimney. Of which, I didn't get any professional information, opinions or status about my chimney. That would've been invaluable.

The service personnel were very nice and completed their work quickly. They arrived on time. I would definitely recommend them.
