I never used my Groupon for this purchased. I called to ask questions and my groupon was redeemed by the merchant.

***WARNING BURNED & SCARRED*** I purchased a Groupon for Laser Lipo treatments at Euphorium Body Spa. The owner of the spa herself, Morgan administered my treatment where she left the machine on for an hour. An hour because she was trying to speed up my treatments because 1. Her equipment broke (should have been a sign this is not the place to go) 2. She up & moved her office without notification (I showed up to my appointment to find out they MOVED) & 3. After so many minutes the treatments are no longer effective which is why they have a time limit per treatment - Shouldn't the owner know this? She burned & scarred me!!! Now after calling over 10 times she finally answers the office phone. After explaining to her that she burned me to the point I had whelps all over my abdomen she responded "Well what do you want to do about it? You already started your treatments so NO REFUNDS!" No care or concern for me or my health just about keeping her money! People have died from this "safe outpatient" treatment! A treatment where the risks should have been disclosed upfront before beginning treatments. If you want to experience one of the worst pains in your life, feeling like your internal organs are burning from the inside out, then please go to Euphorium Body Spa.

I felt like this entire groupon was misleading. The groupon offers a service of more treatments for this price when in actuality it wasn't. Then the business was in an office business that was secluded to one room that was a little strange to me. I really wish I could get my money back because this was terribly misleading.
